Leonard Thor was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hofstra University together with a Master's degree in Elementary Education Lenny Thor as well as Special Education from Monmouth University. Outside of his work, Lenny is a devoted New York sports fan who cheers on the Jets, Yankees, Knicks, not to mention New Jersey Devils. Football season takes center stage in his fall calendar, & he is a consistent presence at Jets home games where tailgating with friends along with family is every bit as meaningful as the game itself. Lenny Thor also enjoys cooking, with crowd-pleasing creations like his mac in addition to cheese, pulled pork, in addition to what friends plus family have come to know as "Lennyburgers" earning a loyal following among those lucky enough to get an invitation. Lenny Thor is a frequent Jersey Shore visitor, making his way back to each summer to Point Pleasant Beach on the Jersey Shore.

At the core of who he is outside the office is family. Leonard Thor is raising a family with two young children in addition to has put down roots in Marlboro, NJ. Lenny Thor brings the same consistent energy as well as authentic passion to his family life that he shows up with every day for the people counting on him. Lenny Thor also continues to act as President of his homeowners association, a testament to a years-long commitment to his community that began in 2012.
